Leffers Real Estate is a boutique real estate company located in the central area of San Francisco. We specialize in residential and investment properties and pride ourselves in providing the best, personalized service to each and every one of our clients. Our approach is to take the stress out of buying or selling a property by offering guidance and advice throughout the process. We are committed to helping our clients reach their goals from first time buyers to seasoned investment owners.
In additional to sales, Leffers Real Estate offers rentals, property management, construction services and appraisal. We always aim to give specialized, personal service to expand our base of satisfied customers.

Meet the Team
We are family. And not the metaphorical, "we're so close it's like we are family" line, we are an actual family.
A long time ago Matt and Kristy met...through real estate, as fate would have it. They grew their business together focusing on rental income properties and helping others buy and sell their homes. Somewhere along the way, three kids ended up on their doorstep and one of them (Shawn) decided to join the family business. Hopefully in time, her two brothers will join, but until then, it's us three.

Buying clients are assisted throughout each step of the journey towards property ownership, from viewing and weighing the pros and cons of different properties to financing and closing the final purchase.
As an experienced listing agent, I have a proven record of helping sellers get the highest possible price in a reasonable amount of time.

I started my real estate career a little younger than most: I was 3 years old. I went with my mom as she did her real estate appraisals and provided “lots” of help. I would go to open houses, visit the design district, sketch houses and daydream about how wonderful it would all look.
From having seen it over the years, I know well how stressful and overwhelming, yet exciting and invigorating, the home-buying process can be: it’s a constant rollercoaster ride (but I love rollercoasters!). I know the Bay Area like the back of my hand – from the North Bay to Lamorinda, from the East Bay to my hometown, San Francisco. I know your dream home is out there, and I can’t wait to help you find it!
